Email Policy

Phyrax.com or any of it's partner sites guarantees that we will not redistribute your personal information for any reason. We may elect to store your email address in our database for future email purposes. If in the effect that we do decide to store it, you will be allowed to have an opt-out option on the page where you enter your email address. By choosing the opt-out option you understand that we will not send you any emails other than responses to your questions. If you do not choose the opt-out option, you are allowing us to email you newsletters and information pertaining to the phyrax website and it's industry.

IP Addresses

IP addresses are only recorded on the contact page. I understand the possability that some people may enter faulty information by mistake and sympathize with that. However, multiple attempts to hack or crack at my php files or site will result in your IP address being recorded and forwarded to the proper authorities along with being added to the shit list of a lot of people.

Personal Information

All personal information entered on my website is just that, personal. No information is sold or exchanged to outside sources or anyone other than me. If any data is stored, it is done so with the best possible security I can provide. If any information is to be stored you will be warned before entering the information and be allowed to opt-out of it, unless it's necessary.

This site and it's subdomains are protected with SSL encryption provided by Geo Trust. Forms that require your personal informaiton are guaranteed to have SSL 128bit encryption by Geo Trust. If a page does not have SSL encryption and you feel it should, please contact me ASAP.
